Circle matching is not a booking
Submitting an enquiry, Dream Board request or Find Your Circle profile does not reserve a seat, guarantee a match, create a confirmed departure or require you to purchase. A booking exists only after you accept a written offer and complete the stated confirmation and payment requirements.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide accurate contact and travel-preference information and be legally able to enter any later travel contract. A parent or legal guardian must act for minors. We may refuse or remove profiles that are false, abusive, unsafe or unsuitable for a proposed group.
Compatibility and group conduct
Matching is based on available information such as dates, budget, destination and travel style. We do not guarantee personal compatibility. Participants must behave respectfully, follow applicable law, supplier rules, safety directions and any group code of conduct. Women-only, family and other restricted groups may have additional eligibility requirements.
Membership, departures and waitlists
You are responsible for protecting your member password and for activity on your account. A published departure or displayed seat count may change until a written booking confirmation is issued. Joining a priority list does not reserve a seat. Minimum-circle alerts mean sufficient interest has been recorded; they do not guarantee final operation, price or availability.
Referrals, badges and stories
Referral links are for genuine invitations and may not be used for spam or misleading promotion. A verified-traveller badge means that authorised staff manually reviewed the identity documents submitted for that account. Verification expires after one year or earlier when a supporting identity document expires. It is not a background check or guarantee of future conduct. You must own or have permission to submit a story, and you grant us permission to review, edit for clarity and display approved submissions. We may reject or remove content at our discretion.
Travel arrangements
Confirmed flights, accommodation, visas, transport and packages are supplied under the written quotation, booking conditions and relevant supplier rules issued by Gulasia Global FZE. Prices and availability may change until confirmation. Visa decisions remain solely with the relevant authorities.
Safety and personal responsibility
We apply reasonable coordination and participation safeguards, but travellers remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health suitability, personal belongings, punctuality and compliance with laws and official advice. Emergency information must be accurate.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised administrator access, submit automated spam, interfere with operation, scrape personal data or use Holiday Habibi branding without permission. We may limit or block abusive activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holiday Habibi and Gulasia Global FZE are not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
