Circle Code of Conduct
Effective September 2026. You must accept this code before requesting a place in any Holiday Habibi group.
Respect and inclusion
Treat travellers, coordinators, suppliers and local communities respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, sexual misconduct, bullying and hate speech are not permitted.
Privacy and communication
Do not share another member’s phone number, photographs, documents, room details or personal story without clear permission. Private contact information is never exposed automatically in a circle.
Safety and behaviour
Follow coordinator and supplier safety instructions, local laws, meeting times and emergency procedures. No violence, threats, illegal drugs, dangerous intoxication or conduct that puts the circle at risk.
Photos and social media
Ask before photographing or tagging members. A request not to be photographed must be respected.
Removal and reporting
Holiday Habibi may warn, restrict, separate or remove a member when reasonably necessary for safety or serious/repeated breaches. Removal does not automatically create a refund; the departure’s cancellation terms and non-recoverable supplier costs apply. Urgent danger should be reported to local emergency services and the coordinator.
