Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, telephone number, nationality, UAE city, age range, destination, dates, budget, traveller numbers, language, interests, room and group preferences, accessibility requirements and emergency-contact information. Member features may also store account credentials in hashed form, wish lists, referral attribution, waitlist activity, compatibility results, traveller-verification status, ratings and stories. We do not request passport copies during the initial Find Your Circle application. Registered members may separately submit a passport bio page, Emirates ID images and a current selfie for optional traveller verification.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and recommend suitable travel circles.
- Assess compatibility, safety and operational feasibility.
- Provide quotations and arrange requested travel services.
- Maintain lead records, prevent abuse and improve our service.
- Meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations where applicable.
Sharing and international processing
Information is accessed by authorised Gulasia Global personnel and may be shared with travel suppliers, visa providers, airlines, hotels, transport providers or authorities only where necessary for a requested or confirmed service. Website infrastructure and communication providers may process data on our behalf under their security arrangements.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, service delivery, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use access controls, secure administrator authentication, encrypted web connections, limited database permissions, spam controls and operational safeguards. Identity documents are encrypted before database storage, are never attached to notification emails, and are available only to authorised administrators. Document access is logged. Verification documents are retained only for verification, safety, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations, then securely deleted under our retention process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Matching, referrals and public stories
Compatibility scores are generated from the travel preferences you submit. Other members see an anonymous match reference and compatible travel attributes, not your name, phone number or email. Personal referral links attribute a new member to the inviter. Stories appear publicly only after team review; your displayed name and verified-traveller status may accompany an approved story.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to any information we must retain by law or for legitimate business records. Contact info@holidayhabibi.com. You may also withdraw from circle matching at any time before booking.
Updates
We may revise this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The latest effective date will appear at the top of this page.
Submitting a travel-circle profile is an expression of interest, not a confirmed booking.
Identity verification retention
Passport, Emirates ID and selfie files are encrypted in private storage and available only to authorised administrators for identity review, fraud prevention and traveller safety. Rejected or expired verification documents are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required or necessary to resolve an active safety, fraud or booking dispute. Access is logged. You may request account deletion, subject to legally required booking and transaction records.
